What information do I have to provide to apply for a wholesale account?
To apply for a wholesale account with Foundation Skincare, we require some key information to ensure a smooth and efficient application process. Here's what you'll need to provide:
Your name and company/business name,
contact information
business address
phone number
email address
Your Tax Identification Number (TIN)
An active resale certificate or sales tax permit issued by your state
If your TIN or EIN is different from the number on your resale certificate or sales tax permit, please provide both numbers
Your website URL (if applicable)

How much is the wholesale discount?
The wholesale discount can be up to 50% off the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP).

Do I have to pay tax?
With a valid and active seller’s permit the purchase is tax exempt and tax will not be applied to your order.

How long does it take to get approved and set up a wholesale account?
Applications are usually processed within one week. If approved, you'll receive an email titled "Partner Account Activation" with instructions to set up your account. After setup, you can easily log in and place wholesale orders.

Are there order minimums?
Yes, there are minimum order requirements. The minimum order quantity is 10 units per product, and the minimum order value is $450.00.

Do you offer samples?
Yes, we can offer full-size samples upon request. Certain limitations apply. Please contact our customer service team at partners@foundationskincare.com.

Are your products manufactured in the U.S.?
Absolutely. Foundation Skincare products are made and filled in state-of-the-art facilities in the U.S.

Do you have any marketing materials?
Yes, we provide complimentary Easy-Check Rack Cards for your convenience. These cards help you identify recommended products for your patients. To request them, please email your request to partners@foundationskincare.com.

Shipping:

What is the minimum order to qualify for free shipping?
We offer complimentary shipping for orders totaling $3,000. For all orders less than this amount, actual shipping and handling charges are charged back to our wholesale partners.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order's weight, box size, and destination sent with FedEx Ground Shipping. You will see the fee automatically calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number allowing you to monitor its progress and know when to expect delivery.

When will my order ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days, depending on the size of your order. All items are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure protection during transit.

What if my order was damaged or there are missing items?
Please report any damages or missing products within 10 business days of receiving your shipment. If your order was damaged in transit or if items are missing, reach out to us at partners@foundationskincare.com for further assistance.
